Nothing could be easier and at the same time more complicated than to explain what is exhibition. Is it marketing tool? Imaginary environment? Platform for the development of business contacts? For example, for exhibitor it is three days in unfamiliar environment, stress, headache, a strategy before event and detailed analysis afterwards.

For visitor 

For visitors – this is show and festival, event that brings positive emotions, high pointing, information on trends in the market, ability to get acquainted with interesting people, make a valuable purchase or win a prize or souvenir (music CD, mouse mat, key chain, etc.).

For organizer

For organizer the exhibition is a source of income, his business, the lifetime project. He rents a venue space for his event.  He wants the event to be paid off when entire exhibition space found their participants. Visitors are satisfied and want to come again. That’s why the organizer spends money for advertising, contacts with customers interested in participating, strongly attracts visitors to care about the organizational moments, invites developers of exhibition stands, cooperates with the media, helps with advice on selection of staff for the exhibition. Good organizer calculates all details seamlessly.

For exhibition centre owner

For the owner of exhibition center, exhibition is an event which is regularly held in his territory. Sometimes the owner is the organizer initiating activities (events) that take place there. He may rent the centre for a festival, concert or a conference. The main thing is that the equipment, space and ability satisfy the type of event.

For service companies

Exhibition for service companies is a business platform for their activities. Companies, which construct exhibition, make exhibition mounts of participants better and more attractive.

For media

For media exhibition is a newsworthy event. It is an opportunity to make a good report that will be interesting for readers, radio station listeners or channel audience. Interest from the media may be commercial (find customers who want to place an exclusive article / announcement / program about their company in media) or non-profit (profile of exhibition corresponds to the nature of media and they just hunt for relevant, reliable and interesting information).
